WRITING RESIDENCIES IN DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS

We have two options of housing. One is a loft apartment next to the Writer's Block, as part of the Lucky.

 

The other is a spacious modern studio loft with strip view, within a few minutes walk to the Writers Block, located in the Juhl, a luxury building in Downtown Las Vegas which features a balcony bar, resort style pool with spa and cabanas, and on-premises gym. High speed internet included. Housing and utilities are fully covered for the duration of each residency.

 

Note: the Juhl requires a signed lease in order to send you the link for the OpenPath App. This app replaces key fobs and allows you to use your phone to open exterior doors, the parking ramp, etc. We have a basic lease template that will be emailed to you to sign via SignNow before your check in.
